  • For guests with allergies, if we are notified at the time of booking or at least three days before your stay, we will do our best to accommodate you. Last-minute requests may not be fulfilled.
  • All meals are prepared in the same kitchen, using the same equipment and washing machines, so trace amounts of allergens may be present due to cross-contamination.
  • We are unable to accommodate vegetarian meals, allergies to ingredients such as soy or wheat in seasonings, or changes to bonito or kelp broth. Thank you for your understanding.
  • For the above reasons, our meals are not completely allergy-free. In cases of severe allergies, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding.
